2024 Wagoner County Emergency Preparedness Expo

Join the Coweta Chamber of Commerce and Wagoner County Emergency Management as we co-host our 11th Annual Wagoner County Preparedness Expo. This is a free event for the public to raise awareness of what to do in the event of an emergency. There will be dozens of indoor and outdoor vendors, along with resources for disaster preparation, restoration, and prevention.

There will be live demonstrations and fun things for all ages including scavenger hunts and a community Easter Egg hunt hosted by CrossPoint Baptist Church. This event also features the Coweta's largest blood drive coordinated by Our Blood Institute to benefit our Wagoner County schools in Coweta, Wagoner, Porter and Okay.

This year's event will include the Wagoner County Firefighter Combat Challenge! The challenge features area firefighters putting their skills to the test as they compete for cash prizes and bragging rights.

Competition showcases the tasks these first responders face on a day-to-day basis. It also demonstrates the extensive training required to be prepared for emergency responses.
