Event Description:
Honor the special veteran in your life by purchasing a Veterans Banner to showcase in the Downtown Coweta Broadway District.
Sponsored by the Downtown Activities Committee, the banner project will feature up to 50 banners placed on black lamp posts between Chestnut Street and Pecan Street.
Banners will be sold for $100 each on a first-come, first purchased basis. When families buy their banners, they will be given a card with instructions for submitting veteran photos. The DAC will not take possession of submissions.
Banners will be displayed during the fall months until Christmas holiday decorations go up. When they come down, families can retrieve their purchased item.
